In the work we propose a way to increase the speed of the method of information security based on cryptographic transformation matrix operations by parallelizing the process of the operation of cryptographic transformation matrix. The analysis of the coefficient of speed confirms the efficiency of the parallel implementation of the algorithm.

A new approach to the solution of problem of constrained minimization of nonlinear multivariable functions with nonlinear equality constraints is given. The constrained multivariable optimization is reduced to the constrained optimization in one-dimensional area by numerical solution of non-stationary boundary problem with non-homogeneous convection-diffusion differential equations.

Constant gain influence of negative factors on the fire safety system necessitated the creation of a monitoring system of fire safety, which allows to increase the effectiveness of interventions for the prevention of fires and fighting with them on social sites.

The article attempts to clarify the concept of "the experience of loneliness." It is shown that loneliness as a socio-psychological phenomenon manifested in deep subjective emotional experience is not associated with physical isolation from relatives, but mostly due to the peculiarities of social behavior, allowing the subject through conscious actions, methods, features and adequate personal situation to cope with stress or difficult life situation.

The article justifies a potential research of workaholism as a social phenomenon within the positive deviance approach. In this paper, the authors provide definitions of positive deviance by foreign and Russian scholars as well as analyse how such behaviors depart from the norms of a referent group and adduce a number of studies positively assessing the concept. Finally, the authors conclude that workaholism can be regarded as a supraconformal behavior that can boost economic, cultural and scientific development and outcome.

The main emphasis of the article is to suggest the activity programme of the Centre of Social Adaptation and Support of Psychological Health of Students of the Sholom-Aleikhem Priamursky State University. The authors focus their attention on the development of such integrative quality of a personality as life fortitude. The programme presents the general positions, aims and tasks, contents of all the trends of psychological service. Every trend contains the development of students` life fortitude according to the following criteria: reflexion, self-regulation and self identification. The article summaries the experience of the psychologists from the Centre of Social Adaptation and Support of Psychological Health, it is also representative of the efficiency of the suggested programme.

In athletic training theory, dynamic balance of junior and upper-junior sportsmen’s physical fitness, whose specialization period in 400-meters hurdle is less than 2 – 3 years, is not fully examined.

In the article common and individual regularities of physical fitness during special technical and physical qualification training in 400-meters hurdle, using standard training programmes throughout a year, have been analyzed. Besides, the way of planning and realization of training process in contest season development has been marked out.
