Abstract
Speaking about coordination, 400-meters hurdle is a complicated type of track and field athletics, in which on expression of one-time speed, power, coordination abilities and forms of stamina equally high-level demands are placed. In athletic training theory, dynamic balance of junior and upper-junior sportsmen’s physical fitness, whose specialization period in 400-meters hurdle is less than 2 – 3 years, is not fully examined.
In the article common and individual regularities of physical fitness during special technical and physical qualification training in 400-meters hurdle, using standard training programmes throughout a year, have been analyzed. Besides, the way of planning and realization of training process in contest season development has been marked out.
