Abstract

A personal-oriented approach in teaching a foreign language, which entered  in modern pedagogical process under the influence of the activity of the personal-oriented paradigm provides flexibility in defining the objectives, content, the structure and principles in language teaching, takes into account the personal interests of the students, their individual features, creates preconditions for predicting the effectiveness of the training and is able to provide formation of foreign language communicative competence, the development of such qualities of the personality of the future specialists, as the culture of communication, ability to work in cooperation, willingness to further educate themselves in their professional activities with the assistance of a foreign language.
