THE STRESS FACTORS IN THE PROFESSION OF TEACHER'S ORPHANAGE

Abstract

The problem of psychological stress of teachers is becoming increasingly scientific and practical importance due transformations occurring in the process of reforming the educational system of Russia. Against this background, it is necessary to study the causes of stress in the individual teaching activities. Analysis, classification and study important for teachers orphanage stressors proposed in the article, can significantly increase the effectiveness of efforts to improve teachers' stress resistance.
