Abstract

The formation of the international relations actor identity is a key element in the process of establishing interactions of  the actors’ Selves with certain Others and their mutual perception. As the construction of the actor’s identity directly depends on the demarcation between its Self and the external Other, the variability and transparency of established boundaries during the process of communication are determined with the degree of differentiation between the Self and the Others, the internal homogenization of the actors’ societies, as well as with the perception of differences existing between actors.
