THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHTS OF CONVICTED PRISONERS TO WORK IN СВОРЕМЕННОЙ PENAL PRACTICE

Abstract

In the present article some questions of legal regulation of labor employment condemned to imprisonment in aspect of observance of their social and economic rights and freedoms are considered, and also the most characteristic indicators of activity of UIS in the specified activity are reflected. The offered conclusions are applicable for fuller formation of legal status condemned to punishment serving in new types of the correctional facilities determined by the Concept of development of criminal and executive system for the period till 2020.
