Abstract

The article analyzes the application of the correspondence procedures in the process of formation of the right. Examines the forms of manifestation of the correspondence procedures in the stages of creation of the project of the future normative act, adoption and official publication. Offers suggestions for improving the process of formation of the right. Also examines the correspondence of procedure, implemented in the private right education - the process of creating Treaty norms by private entities.
