Abstract

Inter-institutional cooperation is a basic ground for bodies and agencies within the child neglect, child homelessness and juvenile crime prevention system. The theoretical basis involves complex and system-wide approaches. In practice the fulfillment of the inter-institutional interaction is encumbered by the existing inter-institutional barriers. Overcoming the obstacles by strengthening inter-institutional cooperation would make prevention work more effective.
