In article world models of the territorial and state construction are considered, the komparativny method of krosstranovy character by means of which the general come to light and speak and special political characteristics of the various models of federal and unitary state systems is applied.

В статье рассматриваются мировые модели территориально-государственного строительства, применяется компаративный метод кросстранового характера, с помощью которого выявляются и объясняются общие и особенные политические характеристики различных моделей федеративных и унитарных государственных устройств.
