This article is devoted to the new approaches of the B. Obama public diplomacy. Also it is analyzed the challenges facing the U.S. in that field of international relations, as well as the phenomenon of the Internet-diplomacy as the basis for the Obama's diplomatic strategy in public diplomacy.

Статья посвящена анализу новых подходов к реализации программ публичной дипломатии администрации Б. Обамы. Проанализированы вызовы, стоящие перед США в этой сфере международных отношений, а также рассмотрен феномен Интернет- дипломатии как основы стратегии Б. Обамы в сфере общественной дипломатии.
